You order details may have not been captured with us. The amount will be refunded to your account in next 5-7 days.

Runixx provides different payment options such as cash on delivery, debit/credit card payment, net banking and payment through wallets and
UPI such as Paytm, Phonepe, Google pay for its customers, payment method can be selected as per the convenience of the customer.

If a customer wishes to cancel an order, an email regarding the same must be sent to infotech@runixx.in within 2 hours of placing the order.

You can change your product color before it is displaced by sending us a mail at
inftech@runixx.in


*Product Colour cannot be changed once the product has been dispatched from our
warehouse.

Order placed through Amazon/FK/Any other ecommerce marketplace: Locate your invoice in the order details of your account on the website from where you placed the order for Runixx products. Order placed on the website: Contact Customer Service to help you.

Once you receive the shipping confirmation, your package will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Once the order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation message along with the tracking id is sent on the registered email id and phone number of the customers, the same tracking id can be used to track the order.
